Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in time – after 16:00 hours.
  • Check-out time – before 11:00 hours.


1. Rooms may be reserved online with a valid credit or debit card.

2. On booking, a deposit equal to one nights accomodation will be payable which will be set against payment on departure or become payable to us in accordance with our “Cancellations” policy (see below).

3. Payment on departure can be made by cash.

4. Regretably no pets are allowed.

5. Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email if a valid email address is provided.

6. Cancellations must be made by email or telephone +44 (0)1769573444 at least 48 hours prior to 16.00 on your planned arrival date. If you cancel within 48 hours of 16.00 on your arrival date, a charge of 50% of the total booking amount will be levied unless we can resell the room or rooms comprised within your booking. In the event of you cancelling a booking, we will (subject to our providing a valid email address) send a confirmation email to you.

7. In the event of you not arriving at the hotel on the date of your due arrival (‘no show’), we will charge your credit or debit card with 100% of the value of your booking.


  • Room rates shown on our website are per room, per night and include all taxes. Room rates are subject to change. Prices are quoted inclusive of any VAT payable.


  • We are required by law to maintain a register of our guests. Residents of the United Kingdom and/or the European Union will on check-in be required to provide full names and addresses. All other guests must on check-in produce and provide details of a valid passport and details of their next destination.  This information will be retained for 12 months.


  • We have secure, off road parking available for guests.  Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the car owners’ risk.

Termination Policy

  • Ashley House Bed and Breakfast reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate without notice an individual’s stay where deemed necessary
